About Us
We are a family-run business, which was first set up in 2005. The company consists of myself, Alan Whyte, and since July 2008 my wife, Dawn Whyte. We have both undertaken practical pest control courses, governed by NPTA (National Pest Technicians Association) and are both qualified to carry out all aspects of our services.
We are both registered with the Professional Pest Technician Registration Scheme and carry photographic ID of such, giving you the assurance that we are suitably qualified to undertake all aspects of pest control. We also have full insurance.
We are supporters of the CRRU - Campaign for Responsible Rodenticide Use, which aims to protect wildlife whilst still providing an efficient rodent control programme in rural areas. Further details can be found at www.thinkwildlife.org.uk
We are both level 2 accredited members of The Guild of British Molecatchers, having both undertaken the mole control course endorsed by NPTA. We are listed in the Accredited Molecatchers Directory, which can be found at www.countrymoles.co.uk
During the warmer weather we specialise in the treatment of wasp and hornet nests. We understand how threatening and worrying it can be to discover you have a wasp nest nearby, especially to families with young children, pets or even allergies to wasp stings. We therefore endeavour to attend to these on the same day, whenever possible. If we find you have more than one nest, don’t worry, we won’t charge you double – we will only charge a small extra cost for each additional nest.
We pride ourselves on our prompt and efficient service, always making return calls where necessary. Most of our business this year has come from recommendations from previous customers. This is something we would obviously like to continue in the future!
Our service is discreet and confidential and our vehicles will only ever be advertising 'Wipe-Out Wasps'. No information will ever be divulged to a third party.
